*Does your product printed, packed and shipped from the USA?
Yes! In addition to printing on products made in the USA, we have some products that are made by manufacturers abroad, but printed, packed, and shipped from USA.
* What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money
* What shipping method you offer?
We ship via USPS First Class or Priority mail depending on the weight of the package.
* How fast will my order be processed?
A: Your order will be processed as soon as possible, usually within the first 24h. Our production time is 2 – 4 business days.
* My order won’t go through. What should I do?
If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations. If you continue to receive error messages, please contact Live Support Team or email us at email@example.com.
* Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, we will notify you via email. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add us to your safe sender list.
* How can I change something in my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact with our live support team withing 12 hours of placing order. We generally process orders within 12 to 24hrs of purchase, and once our we processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
* Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true please contact with our Live Support Team.
* What if I get the product wrong or defective?
1. If you received your item broken or defective, in that case please provide us 2 different angle photos or a video to show it is broken within 7 days of receiving your item. We will send you the same item free of charge or refund your money if it is out of stock.
2. If you ordered different color or size by mistakes, warranty will not be applicable. For other details please check our refund policy.
* What if I typed the wrong email address?
Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.
* How secure is my online order?
When purchasing from our store using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
* What do I do if I have missing items in my order?
If your received package seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! We do ship orders in multiple/separate packages every now and then, due to weight restrictions and also to facilitate faster shipping. Simply drop us an email at email@example.com and we’ll take care of it right away.
*How should I wash my tees?
A: At americanheroes, we use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to print our tees. The DTG ink used in this process is a little different from the ink screen printers use.
You should be careful about washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. Unfortunately, high-temperature washes can fade and crack the print. Additionally, high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
To prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest the following care instructions:
- Machine wash cold
- turn the tees inside-out
- use a gentle cycle with mild detergent
- use non-chlorine bleach
- no fabric softeners
- tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life
- cool iron inside-out if necessary
- do not iron decoration
- Do not dry clean
