All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
We can’t refund you, we only accept exchange. We guarantee all of our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective product for exchange. If your item has any defect, simply send us an email with an image of product to email@example.com within 7 days of purchase (from arrival date) and we will exchange it for you ASAP.
All exchanges or returns requests must be informed within 7 days of receiving goods. Any requests received after 7 days will not be proceeded. All exchanges must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with receipt in the package.
Prior to exchanging the item please contact us via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or through contact page to inform us of your return and what you would like to exchange for.
